Coaching

Coaching is usually done on a One-on-One basis. During the session, the coach will guide the client on his/her life journey at a more personal level to clarify his/her goals, challenges and identify resources to help him/her achieve his/her goals. Through the coaching conversations, clients will embark on a journey of self-discovery and attain greater clarity about the issues they are facing. With greater clarity, clients will be empowered to set compelling goals and take the necessary action steps to achieve positive outcomes.

Coaching could be used for to achieve and resolve some the following objectives and issues. Depending on the issues, coaching normally will take about 5 to 8 sessions for clients to see positive change & desired results.
